Yesterday I saw sunshine… lots of sunshine and let me tell you that makes me one happy girl! After the winter we’ve had up North, specifically the winter weather that has occurred in the past month, each passing day has me wishing more and more that we could just speed the clock ahead and get to summer already! Although I cannot wait for summer, who doesn’t love the beautiful New England beaches and the sunshine, I have to remember not to get ahead of myself and skip out on good ol’ spring! Spring is so underrated, I mean there are so many great things like the fact that the season is associated with pastel colors- (my faves!), Easter takes place during the season- (definitely another fave! SO much fun!), and lastly there is lots more sunshine than winter and tons of pretty flowers! See so many great things! To add one more wonderful thing to the list is the cravings for lighter food and fruit flavored things, which is what this post is about! Today I’m going to share with you some yummy recipes to start the spring season off in the most delicious way possible!

According to reviews: Like dense brownies, but with lemon and white chocolate. Not cake-like and packed with lemon flavor!

These would be a wonderful, sweet, fruity breakfast treat! Would make a great addition to the Easter table too.

I’m a huge fan of rainbow colors and what is more iconic than bright, colorful colors in the springtime? Plus, who can pass up a soft baked sugar cookie? Especially giant sized? Not me, that’s who!
